A young penguin is kidnapped from a zoo by hapless twins.
A routine of fish-swim-fish-swim-sleep means Freddy is happy soul. But he has not met Joe and Rose, ten year-old twins who own just about everything there is to own, except a penguin. When the opportunity arises at the zoo, they decide to kidnap Freddy and take him home.
